Amedeo_MerollaAmedeo C. Merolla ”1929-2017”: Mr. Merolla graduated from Harvard Law School in 1954 and served in the United States Marine Corps and the Rhode Island Army National Guard. His areas of expertise include civil litigation, business law, trusts and estates, probate, estate planning, and wills.
Katherine_MerollaKatherine A. Merolla: Ms. Merolla graduated from Boston College Law School, cum laude, in 1979. She served as the General Legal Counsel to the Rhode Island Secretary of State and has over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, estate planning, and family/divorce law.
Steve MerollaSteven B. Merolla: Mr. Merolla graduated from Catholic University of America in 1991. He served as Legal Counsel to the Rhode Island Secretary of State and currently is a Councilman and Council President for the Warwick City Council. His areas of legal expertise include personal injury law, real estate law, family law, estate planning, corporate law, and litigation.
Joseph AccetturoJoseph P. Accetturo: Mr. Accetturo graduated from the Roger Williams School of Law in 2001. He is a decorated Vietnam War veteran and has served as Chairman of the Johnston Housing Authority. His areas of legal expertise include corporate law, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy, real estate law, municipal law, wills and trusts, and probate.
George LoughGeorge J. Lough, III: Mr. Lough graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. His areas of expertise include business planning, bankruptcy/insolvency (debtors, creditors' rights), estate planning, real estate conveyancing, Land use, Zoning, housing (landlord/tenant), acquisition, development and divestiture, condominium--board and owner representation, corporate, commercial, and civil litigation.
Michael ChazanMichael J. Chazan: Mr. Chazan graduated from Vermont Law School in 1985 and received his LL.M. at Boston University School of Law in 1989. He has extensive experience in estate and tax planning, probate litigation, succession planning, life insurance, employee benefits, and tax planning.
Bob_Proulx_2Robert Proulx: Mr. Proulx graduated from University of Dartmouth School of Law in 1998. His practice areas include personal injury, family law, civil litigation, and bankruptcy.
Bob_Proulx_2Jeremy Rix : Mr. Rix graduated from Roger Williams School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2015, where he served on the Law Review and externed for Justice Indeglia of the RI Supreme Court. Licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he clerked for the RI Workers' Compensation Court and then as an Associate for the 9th largest firm in the nation. In 2016, Mr. Rix was elected to the Warwick City Council. His areas of legal expertise include workers' compensation, municipal law, and civil litigation.
